Residential Property Evaluations & Safety Asset Installation Disclaimers

1. Non-Clinical and Non-Medical Scope: All home walkthroughs, assessments, and safety evaluations provided by Veracove LLC are non-clinical advisory overviews. Veracove LLC does not provide occupational therapy, physical therapy, medical diagnosis, or professional clinical healthcare assessments. Our reports are designed solely to identify operational property stewardship improvements and spatial organization opportunities based on independent industry safety standards.

2. Specialized Asset Installation Limits: Veracove LLC specializes exclusively in the precision installation of localized safety hardware, such as grab bars and stabilizing handrails. Veracove LLC does not provide general handyman services, comprehensive residential remodeling, structural modifications, or licensed trade contracting (including but not limited to plumbing, electrical, or structural framing). Any secondary property modifications outside our explicit hardware installation scope must be contracted independently by the homeowner through a licensed regional trade professional.

3. Assumption of Risk and Waiver of Liability: While specialized hardware installations and property evaluations are executed to maximize stability and build user confidence, the physical installation of safety equipment cannot completely eliminate the inherent risk of environmental slips, trips, or falls. Veracove LLC assumes no liability for personal injuries, property damage, or subsequent physical incidents occurring within the residence. Final implementation of any non-clinical safety recommendations or spatial adjustments is done entirely at the discretion and risk of the homeowner or property guardian.

Commercial, Facility Consulting, & Ministry Silo Disclaimers

1. Scope of Consulting Services: All professional facility reviews, operational consulting, process standardizations, and property stewardship audits provided by Veracove LLC are for management advisory and internal resource optimization purposes only. Veracove LLC does not provide legal advice, official architectural engineering, or municipal code enforcement certifications.

2. Compliance with Local, State, and Federal Regulations: While our reviews aim to support optimal property stewardship, the client organization retains sole responsibility for ensuring full compliance with all applicable local building codes, state regulations, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), OSHA standards, and denominational or insurance mandates. Veracove LLC does not guarantee regulatory compliance or insurable status.

3. Limitation of Liability for Third-Party Claims: Veracove LLC shall not be held liable for any claims, damages, or injuries occurring to employees, volunteers, parishioners, visitors, or any third parties utilizing the client organization's physical facilities. The execution and maintenance of safe premises remain the exclusive liability of the property owner, leaseholder, or governing board. Final implementation of any consulting recommendations is done entirely at the business judgment and discretion of the client organization.
