Welcome to Veracove Bakery. By placing an order through our website, you agree to the following terms and operational policies. Please read them carefully.
1. Missouri Cottage Food Compliance Veracove Bakery is operated as an independent cottage food business based in Nixa, Missouri. These products are homemade and not subject to state public health inspection. All items are sold directly to consumers for personal consumption and are strictly not for resale through wholesale, retail, or commercial storefronts.
2. Food Allergen Notice Our products are baked in a residential home kitchen that processes known food allergens. Our menu items contain or may come into contact with wheat (gluten), dairy (milk), and eggs. At this time, we do not offer allergen-free or gluten-free options. Individuals with severe food allergies consume our products at their own risk.
3. Weekly Drop Schedule & Order Cutoffs
Order Cutoff: Weekly pre-orders close every Tuesday at 11:59 PM.
Fulfillment Window: Orders are baked fresh on Thursday and fulfilled on Fridays between 11:30 AM and 3:00 PM via local pickup or between 3:30 PM and 7:00 PM for scheduled delivery across Nixa, Springfield, and surrounding areas.
4. Unclaimed Pickups & Delivery Access
Rotary Park Pickups: If you selected pickup at Rotary Park during our Friday window, please arrive on time. Because our baked goods are fresh and perishable, orders not picked up during the scheduled window will be held for a limited time by arrangement, but we cannot guarantee optimal freshness or issue refunds for missed pickups.
Local Deliveries: Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and that someone is available to receive the delivery or that a safe, sheltered drop-off spot is designated. Veracove Bakery is not responsible for weather damage, melting, or theft of unattended packages left at customer request.
5. Refunds & Cancellations Because every batch is custom baked-to-order based on weekly sales volume, all sales are final once the weekly order cutoff has passed (Tuesday at 11:59 PM). If you need to modify or cancel your order prior to the Tuesday cutoff, or if there is a quality issue with your received order, please contact us immediately at orders@goveracove.com or call/text 417-374-1838.
6. Limitation of Liability Veracove LLC and Veracove Bakery shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the consumption of our products or the use of our website.
